In our apprenticeship programme, we are embedding skills and raise aspirations of the future of the industry, by working with local training providers, as well as engaging with local schools and FE establishments across the North East and Yorkshire regions.
The commitment to safeguarding key trades across an ever-evolving sector is key to our future success. We invest greatly on construction training for bot our live sites and several future ventures, which aims at improving the skills and raising the standards of the working practices where we work and across the industry too.
Joining our team can sound daunting, however, we allocate a mentor to our new team members to provide guidance and encouragement.
