Bio:
Gerard started his building career as an apprentice joiner and, having fully qualified, quickly moved through the ranks to site management. Whilst there, he won awards for his build quality on numerous occasions. At Barratt Homes, as Contracts Manager then Construction Manager, he successfully managed his team to achieve the NHBC Pride in the Job quality awards, as well as Seal of Excellence awards on numerous occasions. As Construction Director at Miller Homes, he managed his team to achieve the North East Division’s first NHBC Pride in the Job award.
